The Santarosa
Our project was born in 2016,
in collaboration with the Municipality, with the aim of redeveloping the public gardens adjacent to the old municipal walls of Florence.
A few steps from the banks of the Arno, and from Porta San Frediano, the Santarosa is perfectly integrated into an enviable open space surrounded by greenery. In an environment reminiscent of a lemon or greenhouse or in the shade of the historic city walls, you can enjoy a coffee, a slice of cake or an aperitif in a relaxed and informal atmosphere; a green corner where you can relax just a few steps from the bustle of the city center.
Our kitchen
With a long experience in the catering sector, our chef draws inspiration from his Neapolitan roots and from cuisines from all over the world, perfectly synthesizing the familiar and the unknown to give body to bold and elegant flavors.
Our offer is completely renewed every three months in relation to the seasonality of the products and also includes the possibility of snacks based on tapas and chiccetti for an aperitif or for a simpler and less conventional dinner.
Our bar
Open from 8 to 24 on weekdays and from 10 to 24 on holidays, the bar allows you to enjoy the environment at any time of the day, for a pleasant breakfast, for a slice of homemade cake and a good afternoon tea, for a glass of wine chosen from our particular selection or for a good cocktail.
Milk, coffee, fruit juices, teas and herbal teas, wines and spirits are selected on the basis of quality and territory.
